JS: 15 Years

Q: Obviously with Covid-19 there’s a lot of changes going on in the world ... what changes have you seen that you feel will remain in Real Estate? Do you think there will be more changes?

JS: Offering gloves, masks and hand sanitizer for all house tours will remain. The pandemic has created a sellers’ market driven by change such as remote learning & working from home. More changes are sure to come.

JS: Residential real estate including new construction and resale homes

JS: They can expect a proven track record of success, honesty, full disclosure, and constant communication. I’m someone who will educate & point out red flags in a home. They can expect to have many laughs & an experiences they will always remember.

JS: Education, experience, strong relationships with other brokers. Also, my ability to beg when needed!

JS: My honesty, personality, knowledge, attention to detail, willingness to change & pivot with market conditions.
